When we took over the HOA, we also took over it's property. It was originally owned by all the people in our community (each having a minor share) but we arranged ownership to go to a LLC controlled by our HOA. The best property being the large community center. It was set up to be a center where the kids and teens could hang out, be a safe space, and put on classes and shows about diversity, tolerance, and social justice. The very first thing we did was put an end to all of those programs. All of the feminist programs and activities designed to "empower" the girls of the community? Cancelled, and replaced with more appropriate groups and activities, such as cheerleading, dancing, cooking, beauty pageants, and we even have an after school beauty and charm school. For the boys, we replaced the soccer field with football, and have more appropriate activities such as boxing, scouting, and other appropriate activities.
We now charge a small membership fee, and membership is mandatory for everyone in the HOA, though we do allow membership for the right sort who do not live in the HOA, for an extra charge. There's something for everyone, and we have encouraged the center to be the place to be in the community. We have a fitness center on the second floor, and indoor gymnasiums for adults and kids to play sports, including basketball, volleyball, and others. A gun range was set up in the basement. We built out a kitchen, have meeting rooms, classrooms, a bar, pool, lockers, and even a stage for pageants and other productions. Now we have plenty of space for MAGA rallies, birthdays, and weddings (and we have the associated bachelor parties too).
After plenty of work, the community center is a huge success, and is the true center of our community. Families congregate in large numbers for all of the activities and socializing. Of course, it's not all for the kids, we have plenty for the adults, such as regular swinger nights. For the women we have classes and seminars on exotic dancing, massage, and how to orally please your man. For the men we have poker nights (complete with waitresses, typically their wives and teenage daughters), amateur boxing and MMA matches where they can compete or watch (complete with pretty ring girls), or just relax and enjoy whatever professional team is playing that night.
It's a place where children are raised right, men can be men, and women can be women. We make sure liberal values are checked at the door, and families can enjoy themselves without worry of "triggering" anyone, or violating any "safe spaces." There is a rigorous screening process to be allowed to purchase a home in the area, or purchase a membership. This is truly a place good for the whole community.
