Our county was part of the red MAGA wave in 2016, thanks in no small part to my machinations. We managed to get every county, town and city government position, and we were very happy to get the sheriff, DA, and the judges. One of the first things we did after getting into office was hold conferences and townhalls about the illegal immigration problem. We have had a large population of hispanics, and nmo way to know which are here legally or not. We came up with a good solution, the sheriff's deputies would ask for proof of citizenship or legal residency from the people in the hispanic community, and if the cannot produce anything, they are brought to a holding facility, where they can be processed.
We are not cruel, and we completely understand that they would prefer to live in our great country, but they did it the wrong way, and need to earn their place. So the judges and DA came up with a program to allow them to stay; it is a two part system, requiring them to take classes, as well as being sponsored by a local business, and be required to work there, sort of a work release program. They work during the day (with monitoring equipment) and are returned to the holding facility. Any children are fostered with the community. It has been a large success, and very popular with the community, no expensive jails, and they pay their own way for rehabilitation. We have quite a few businesses that are eager to help these people, our largest is a poultry processing plant, but we have numerous large and small companies. Women are a lot easier to place than men, and due to popular demand, we allow businesses to browse through information to pick the women, including headshots, and information such as age, marital status, measurements, and if they are virgins (there are no shortages of volunteers to get this information, and to protect privacy, there are no cameras in the exam rooms).
Any business is allowed to select the women for work, so we have a large variety, such as the country club needing hostesses and servers, cleaning and nanny services, and even gentleman's clubs. They are not allowed to refuse a job offer, and any qualifications are not considered. There was a woman who claimed to be an accountant, did not have papers, and worked as a dancer in one of the clubs.
There were accusations of harassment, and even rape when the program started. Some stories include reported rapes of women who fail the virginity test, hostesses having to fellate members of the country club, cleaners being required to sexually service the men of the homes they clean, including their sons, and many more such lurid tales. Naturally, the women had no evidence, and were not believed, as they would say anything for an advantage. The few cases that could be confirmed were judged to be consensual, and accusers were punished accordingly. If they got good reports and did well in their classes, they were allowed to move into a halfway house. Once they completed the program and were ready to become good Americans, we assisted them in getting their papers. Their children were also returned at the end of the program, but there were exceptions. Sometimes the foster parents would inform the bio parents that their child did not wish to return, and would be staying with them.
